Better make sure you have a good firewood supply. Don't rely on electricity for heating! Make sure you have plenty of blankets & warm clothing.

I have natural gas at my place and wouldn't do any good without my electric blanket mom. ha ha. Will need to stock up on thermals.

I can't say as though it has been much of a winter here in New England so far, snow didn't lay for long, & it has not really been that cold :(
