Re: An Update on my Petition, PLEASE, sign.

If a crim can get hold of a a gun whatever sort it can and will be used Not hard to get it to work, you yourself have proven that many times! Crims use modern guns because they are the ones available, if flintlocks become available then they will get used!! Your petition will only make things worse...

Re: An Update on my Petition, PLEASE, sign.

When someone points a gun at you you are wise to assume it is loaded regardless of the type of gun! you can cut down a flintlock like most any long gun just like keiths own pistol!!! Matey what you propose is to make available to all and sundry a firearm. I do not see that as a good thing no sane p...

Re: An Update on my Petition, PLEASE, sign.

First up you have no idea what a crim would use as a weapon. People rob stores with axes and baseball bats and samurai swords and there is no concealing them so there would be no concealing of a flintlock or muzzleloader. And it doesn’t matter if they can use them or not, it’s not about proficiency...

Re: An Update on my Petition, PLEASE, sign.

I somehow can't see a crim trying to a milk bar with a musket. It's a ridiculous proposition. Crook jumps out of car, snagging the hammer on the seatbelt and hopes it doesn't go off. Crook walks into store bangs barrel on automatic door and swears. Crook stands six feet back away from the counter, ...

Re: firearm for survival

I have to admit that I think along the same lines of geelongprepper, I myself am not into ballistics, a firearms either does the job I want it to or it does not. Generally speaking I like a big caliber, & I favour a smoothbore that can use shot & solids. But the .22 & the .32 are both good, providin...

Re: An Update on my Petition, PLEASE, sign.

From my understanding you are wanting muzzle loaders to become available to anyone without a licence and your argument being that criminals don’t use them. Criminals will use whatever they can get there hands on. The reason why firearms used in the process of a crime is lower then other weapons is ...
